Change roadmap
Reshape the roadmap.
The first roadmap Claude proposes is rarely the one you ship with. Phases get renamed, reordered, merged, split. Stories move between phases as scope shifts. Storybloq makes all of that a few clicks or a single sentence.

Open the roadmap view
In the Storybloq Mac app, click Roadmap. You'll see each phase as a card with its stories underneath and a derived status (not started, in progress, done) based on the stories inside.

Drag phases to reorder
Phases are ordered, not set in stone. Drag a phase up or down to reshape the release sequence. Derived statuses update automatically.

Move stories between phases
Drag a story from one phase to another. Its phase field updates in the JSON file. If it was blocking anything, the blocker chain stays intact.

Rename or split a phase
Double-click a phase title to rename it. Need to split a too-big phase in two? Create a new phase, then drag half the stories over. Or ask Claude Code: "split phase 2 into setup and content generation." Claude does it.
- 5.
Commit the reshape
The roadmap and affected story records change. Run git status --porcelain .story/, stage the files it reports, and commit. Record filenames can use either legacy display IDs or canonical IDs.
